Brighton Balboa Festival | | From Friday 25th September to Sunday 27th September 2020 | | The annual Brighton Balboa Festival. A fun, friendly (and slightly crazy!) weekend of Balboa right in the heart of Brighton, where you can soak up the street culture and vibe of this unique city. There are workshops at three levels, with social dancing to live bands from Brighton's thriving jazz scene, and a chilled out Sunday morning breakfast dance on the pier.
