Laminu at Bal Revival | | Tuesday 29th October 2019 | We are planning an evening of beginner/improver Laminu classes in place of our regular Balboa classes on Tuesday 29th May. Laminu is a swing dance that's done to very slow tempo music. Some people describe it as slow Balboa but it's really more than just that. It has its own particular quality of movement and structure that lend it a style and feeling all of its own. You can see a video here.
There will be a beginners class suitable for anyone, followed by an improvers class at a slightly higher level which will build on the first class. If you do both classes you don't need any other Laminu experience to join in the second class, but it will be helpful if you have some experience of Balboa.
