Bal Friday - Christmas Party | | Friday 20th December 2013 | Tonight is our Christmas party, with live music from The Shirt Tail Stompers. There'll be a fun jazz routine class, extended social dancing, mulled wine and lots of festive nibbles. So dress up, get into the spirit, and see out the year in style!
The jazz routine will be an interpretation of the DEAN COLLINS SHIM SHAM with Dan's own styling. You can see a video here. Everyone is welcome to join in the class. It will be challenging for complete beginners but you can still join in! It will be easier for those of you who are already familiar with the regular Shim Sham. Either way, it’s a fun routine and a good way of improving your rhythm, timing, movement, etc.
