Paris Jazz Roots Dance Festival | | From Friday 13th April to Sunday 15th April 2007 | Following the success of the 1st edition (nov.2005) and 2nd edition (oct. 2006) the BrotherSwing team has decided to kick it off again. The Paris Jazz Roots Dance Festival (JRDF) 2007 'limited edition' will take place on April 13-14-15, 2007 and promise to be stunning again with intensive Jazz Roots dance classes. Of course we'll meet again on the dance floors with 2 great parties in the spirit of the Jam Sessions at the Savoy Ballroom or the Hoofer's Club. All these events will happen in the heart of Paris!
Note: Jazz Roots is the Afro-American solo Jazz dance from the Swing era (1920's-1940's), coming from Charleston and precursor of modern dances like Funk and Hip Hop.
